3. Can I get regular update of my parent's health status?
Yes. You can and that is one of our goals. All medical reports and investigations are updated on to your account periodically, after each visit. You can view them on our website. Any concern that arises can be addressed by email to (customercare@seniorcareindia.com), which will be promptly addressed.
4. Can you guide us on choosing the best health plan for my parents?
Sure, we can. You can email your requirements and we will guide you to pick the best personalized health plan which suits your needs. For example - the silver plan is a preventive home health care plan ideal for parents who are relatively healthy . We can also prepare an individualized plan if they need more frequent attention.
5. Is Hospitalization included?
Hospitalization is not included in our plans, but we are providing FREE insurance coverage when you choose one of the Senior Care plans. It varies from 1 lakh to 2 lakhs.
6. Is my medical information kept strictly confidential?
Yes, It is. We take privacy very seriously. None of your information including your personal information, or beneficiary medical information will be shared with anyone outside our organization. We use secure payment gateways like Paypal. We will not share any of your information to third party
7. How easy and how often can I access my online health reports?
All reports will be available at our website in your personal account. Updates take place within 5-10 business days of the visit. Your online records will be viewable till the end of your subscription period.
8. Can I have a customized care plan for my parents?
Yes. Once the investigations are done and the physician has done his first evaluation we will be discussing the health status of the beneficiary with you. Any chronic health care needs will be addressed at that time. Individualized plans will be set up immediately.
9. Can I have a second opinion with any physician in USA ?
Yes , You can. we will give you an appointment with a physician with prior notification. A list of physicians will be provided and you can choose any one from that list.
10. How often does my doctor visit me?
It depends on the plan you have chosen.
- Silver........... once every 3 months
- Gold............ once every 2 months
- Platinum...... once every month
11. Does Senior Care help us in buying medications?
Senior Care does not assist in buying medicines. However, if the personalized plan covers it, then our caregivers can help procure medicine from local medical shops provided the beneficiary can pay for these medications. Alternately, we could add the additional expenses to your online profile. Based on your preference, you can choose to pay using one of the available options.
12. Are Ayurvedic doctors available for consultation/treatment?
Yes, Consultation is available free of cost with an ayurvedic physician
13. Can I entrust Senior Care with all the health issues of my parents?
