• For special conditions like wound care which might require additional visits other than the planned visits mentioned above, there will be an extra cost as explained below

• Other personalized care giving services may be accommodated upon request on a case by case basis depending on special needs of the beneficiary. Please note that there may be additional tariff associated with these special services. Tariff will be based on the assessed needs and will be communicated to the customer prior to the commencement of such services.
